• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
• Source candidates through various platforms including job boards, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and culture fit
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
• Proven experience in end-to-end hiring, including volume and specialized roles
• Experience in the IT industry is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools is a plus
