What You’ll Do:

  • Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and company career pages
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases)
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings to assess candidates’ suitability and availability
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare interview materials and ensure proper documentation
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide timely updates, feedback, and next steps
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and filed properly
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and update candidate status in the system

要件

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, PhilJob)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of HR databases and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent sourcing strategies
  • Professional, approachable, and proactive
