We’re Hiring | Recruitment Supervisor (US RPO)

As the Career Support Lead, you will manage a team of associates responsible for supporting job seekers and employers through the hiring process. You will ensure team targets are met, coaching and developing staff to reach performance goals, while also taking part in day-to-day job placement activities when necessary.

You will also serve as a key point of contact for local operational updates, process improvements, and collaboration with the US-based team.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership – Lead, coach, and manage team; set/meet KPIs; review performance; manage schedules.
• Operations – Oversee engagement, ensure hiring goals, track metrics, fix process gaps, handle escalations.
• Engagement – Guide job matching, improve candidate readiness, schedule interviews, maintain relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a contact center or recruitment operations environment, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory capacity
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with a track record of driving team performance
• Demonstrated ability to manage team workflows, priorities, and schedules
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Ability to work in US night shift hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a US-based RPO or volume hiring environment
• Familiarity with recruitment CRM or ATS tools
• Strong background in customer support or sales, with a track record of driving results and meeting KPIs
• Experience in building or improving systems and managing high-performing teams (10+ members) in fast-paced environments
