説明

  • Oversee and manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and distribution teams to optimize logistics processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design promotional activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and logistics operations.
  • Identify and resolve any logistical and operational issues.
  • Lead and mentor the sales logistics team to achieve organizational goals.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in Logistics sales or business development roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in marketing strategies, exceptional sales techniques, strong business development acumen, effective networking, and excellent communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel to meet clients.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
