Position: Senior Manager for Site Acquisition

Responsibilities:

• Manages the site selection team from hiring, training, location selection, negotiation of contracts up to closing and deploying of ATMs in the approved location.

• Manages the expansion of offsite ATM network, ATM deployment, and other ATM standard compliance to contribute to the team’s goal.

• Conducts ocular site visits on proposed ATM locations and conducts site evaluation within the Philippines.

• Provides direction on preparation for monthly ATM availability reports and business case using monthly switch report and ATM site selection volume.

• Monitors the profitability of the ATM site selection to both Filipinos and foreign nationals.

• Monitors movements/relocations, deployments, termination/pull-out of commercial offsite ATMs.

• Manages and maintains good relationships with internal and external clients/lessors and property owners.

Skills and Qualifications:

• With leadership skills

• With experience in site acquisition

• College Graduate of any course from a reputable university/college

• Sales background will be a plus

• Willing to travel

• Willing to work extended hours and days
