  • Assist the executive chef in managing kitchen operations.
  • Oversee food preparation and service quality.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve culinary excellence.
  • Assist in meal preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, ensure proper ingredient storage, and support head chef in daily operations.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a high-paced kitchen.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong cooking skills, proficient kitchen hygiene, effective written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent mise-en-place.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment requiring standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player, adaptable, passionate about culinary arts, and possesses strong leadership potential.
