1. Clean, wash and store crockery, pots and glassware

2. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas, including ovens, stovetops, floors and ceilings

3. Use, handle and store cleaning chemicals correctly

4. Remove and dispose of kitchen garbage

5. Perform duties assigned by Demi Chef 

• Previous working experience as Steward preferred, but not essential
• Knowledge of correct use, handling and storage of cleaning chemicals an advantage
• Ability to speak and read in English / Bahasa Melayu
