MAJOR FUNCTIONS
1. Supervise the Ordering Team on the timely and accurate processing of customer orders including initial stocks.
2. Actively attends to customers' complaints and provide efficient resolution that will satisfy both the customer and the Management.
3. Assist in receiving and processing of customer orders.
4. Ensure 100% payment of all orders.
5. Monitor and analyze data to increase business operations efficiency and attain the departmental KPIs.
6. Maintain training matrix and ensure employees are adequately trained and competent within their role to ensure logistical activities.
7. Assist and supports the Operation Manager towards the achievement of departmental and corporate medium to long-term goals and objectives.
8. Perform tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, or its equivalent.
2. At least 1 to 2 years relevant and proven experience in Order Management and Customer Service.
3. Must have an excellent experience and knowledge in order management and customer service.
4. Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word, advance excel formulas, PPT)
5. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and procedures.
6. Has a strong analytical and critical-thinking skill and can proactively resolve problems.
7. Has a leadership and has the capacity to lead and train the team.
8. Highly meticulous and detail oriented.
9. Has the ability to work with various department and foster teamwork
10. Has the ability to maintain the highly confidential matters.
