Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Delivering orders to tables promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Assisting with table set-up and clearing
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a similar hospitality setting
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
Flexible schedule and the willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Proficiency in English and the local language(s)
