  • Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Coordinate logistics and transport activities for timely deliveries.
  • Implement safety and compliance measures to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Lead and train warehouse staff to optimize productivity.
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve logistics processes.
  • Manage budget and cost control for warehousing operations.
  • Log. Manager  plans, coordinates, and monitors the supply chain and logistics operations of an organization.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in warehouse management and logistics in Construction Industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Excel, organized, flexible, capable of staff coaching, effectively handling personnel, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, coordinate logistics, train staff, and implement cost-effective strategies.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment with potential for physical labor and extended hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
