職務内容

Perform welding tasks on various metal materials using MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques.
Perform welding tasks, interpret blueprints, and ensure high-quality work standards.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
Inspect and test welded joints for quality and accuracy.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.

Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of welding experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Japanese language (JFT or JLPT N4 certification), Prometric Skills in Welding, strong welding skills, and knowledge of safety protocols.
Working Conditions: May involve exposure to noise, fumes, and varying temperatures, requiring protective equipment.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, good communication skills, and teamwork-oriented.
