職務内容:

1. プロジェクト管理支援:

（1）製品責任者の補佐として、製品の計画および実行を進めます。

（2）プロジェクトの進捗状況を追跡し、期限内の完了を確保するとともに、進捗および課題について適時に報告いたします。

（3）部門横断的なコミュニケーション及び調整に参加し、各チーム間の円滑な連携を確保いたします。

2. 製品開発支援:

（1）製品開発プロセスのフォローアップを支援し、開発進捗がプロジェクト計画に沿っていることを確認いたします。

（2）開発チーム及びテストチームと連携し、製品開発中の課題を解決し、製品品質を確保いたします。

（3）製品リリース前のテスト及び品質チェックをサポートいたします。

3. 内外部ユーザーからのフィードバック及び最適化:

（1）フィードバックの収集と分析を行い、業務プロセスおよび協働効率の改善を支援いたします。

応募資格:

1. 学士以上の学位を有し、コンピュータサイエンス、金融、経営学、または関連分野が望ましい。

2. 1～2年の取引所におけるプロジェクト管理または製品管理の関連経験。

3. 基本的なプロジェクト管理の知識を有し、プロジェクト管理ツール及び手法に精通していること。

4. 優れたコミュニケーション能力とチームワークを発揮し、部門横断のチーム内で効率的に業務を遂行できること。

5. 高い学習意欲、感情知能、忍耐力および強い責任感を有すること。

6. 新たな業務手法を迅速に理解し、習得できる能力があること。

7. 英語を業務言語として使用できる場合はプラスとなります。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Management Support:

(1) Assist the Product Lead in product planning and execution.

(2) Track project progress to ensure timely completion and report updates and issues promptly.

(3) Participate in cross-departmental communication and coordination to ensure effective collaboration among teams.

2. Product Development Support:

(1) Assist in monitoring the product development process to ensure that development progress aligns with the project plan.

(2) Collaborate with development and testing teams to resolve issues during product development and ensure product quality.

(3) Support pre-launch testing and quality checks of the product.

3. Internal and External User Feedback and Optimization:

Collect and analyze feedback, assisting in the improvement of workflows and collaboration efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. 1-2 years of relevant experience in exchange project management or product management.

3. Basic knowledge of project management, familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

4. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work efficiently in cross-departmental teams.

Quick learner with high emotional intelligence, patience, and a strong ability to quickly understand and master new work methods.

Proficiency in English as a working language is a plus.

少なくとも半年間の取引所におけるPMO経験を有し、中国語および英語の両言語に堪能であること。
