Description
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize dining space.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials.
- Assist in handling guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
