Responsibility

·    Greet customers as they enter the outlet with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

·    Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

·    Gives purchasing recommendation and upselling to customer.

·    Prepare and serve food and beverages according to SOP and quality standards.

·    Ability to manage and handle delivery platforms.

·    Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen.

·    Assist in stocking and organizing inventory, including food, supplies, and utensils.

·  Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

·  Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

·    Follow safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment for customers and staff.

·  Adhering to the regulations set by the Company and giving full co-operation to the Manager/Director.

·   Teamwork and working together with the entire team in achieving a steady and noticeable increase of sales for the outlet.
