Description
- Oversee and manage site operations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Manage project schedules and budgets effectively, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report on project progress and challenges.
- Lead and mentor site staff, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Construction Management or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of relevant experience in site management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management software
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
- Working Conditions: Ability to work on-site, exposed to weather conditions
