RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Produce High quality 3D models and renderings

· Interpret 2D Plans to 3D

· Produce stunning architectural and interior Imagery from pegs and references

· Interpret storyboards for 3D production

· Generate Architectural Perspectives and Animations

Requirements:

· Excellent in creating 3D Illustrations and Animations using 3D Studio Max & Photoshop

· Skills in Using Vray and Corona

· A Degree or Diploma in Creative/Multimedia Arts, Architecture or Interior Design

· Preferably with exposure in the Real Estate, Architecture or related discipline

· Passion for 3D, Architecture, Fine Arts, Photography or Film

· Excellent output in lighting, texturing and Rendering

· Experience in Network Rendering/Spawner/Backburner is a plus

· Experience in visualization animation workflow is a plus

· An eye for good design and details

· Able to deliver excellent outputs even on tight timelines

· Good planning skills and a team player

· Must know how to have fun at work
