  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit for Faithm Printers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the advertising, arts, and media sector.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure client project requirements are met successfully.
  • Monitor account performance metrics to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Syarat-syarat

  • Job Title: Account Manager
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to client sites. Full-time position with the need for flexibility in schedule to meet client needs.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong ethical foundation, strategic thinker, proactive problem solver, and team player with the ability to work independently.
