  • Assist in managing and processing accounts receivable transactions.
  • Manage customer invoices, track payments, and assist in month-end closing.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients accurately and on time.
  • Maintain records of customer payments and account balances.
  • Perform reconciliations of accounts as needed.
  • Support the finance team with collections and follow-up on overdue accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service regarding account inquiries.

Syarat-syarat

  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours, and potential for remote work.
