ADMIN ASSISTANT (QA DEPARTMENT – MAKATI)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Office Administration Business / Management
• Candidate must be available for immediate employment
• Candidate must be proficient in the use of MS Office
• Candidate should have at least one year admin experience but fresh graduates who are trainable and organized are encouraged to apply
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the Quality Assurance Department
• Will convert physical documents into soft copies as scheduled
• Will scan the documents with accuracy and properly organize them
• Will safekeep all documents stored at the R&D Room
• Will encode and prepare reports as needed
