Handling concerns and inquiries of clients
Coordinate and evaluate housing units with discrepancy and need repairs
Monitor all units that are legible for move-in
Monitor tank operators and workers with their payroll
Assist during turn over and ocular of units
Follow up JO to the Engineering Department
Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions
Assist the Department in other tasks and follow additional orders from the Department Heads

Syarat-syarat

Graduate of any 4-year course
Computer literate and knowledgeable in using MS Office applications
With good communication skills & customer service experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Previously worked in a real estate experience is an advantage
