JOB SCOPE:

• In charge with the technical aspects and specifications of procured construction materials and equipment.
• Assist the Procurement & Asset Manager in all matters related to the daily operations of the department
• Responsible with interpreting shop drawings and interior design finishes (FF&E)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of BS in Architecture; PRC license is an advantage
• Knowledge with basic procurement process
• Proficient in CAS software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino)
• At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in Construction is preferred

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 24 months
