- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of food and beverage service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and service.
- Train and support staff members to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure food and beverage standards are met.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years, preferably in a food and beverage environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, quality control knowledge, operations management abilities, and inventory management proficiency.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with food safety practices and procedures.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
