• Education: Degree not required, although relevant qualifications may be advantageous.
• Experience Level: Candidates must have 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and a strong set of written and verbal communication skills are essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary, alongside being target-driven.
• Working Conditions: Position may require flexibility, as hours may vary according to business needs. It could include travel and client visits.
• Qualities and Traits: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resilient, and have a positive attitude. They should possess negotiation skills and be results-oriented with an ability to work both independently and within a team.
