- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or related environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, in-depth knowledge of coffee, excellent communication skills, and strong customer service acumen are essential.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility in hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be consistent, adaptable, friendly, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
