Deals with all customer complaints and acts immediately to customer’s concerns to ensure that customer satisfaction is met
Maintain positive relations with all contacts, guests, potential guests and team members in order to expand the branch’s pool of clients
Responsible in promoting and marketing the company’s services and products, campaigns/promotions
Recommends sales and promotional strategies for the branch
Ensure employees’ adherence to the company’s objective on Customer Service excellence is maintained at all times
Sales Management
Ensures sales targets including individual sales targets for the day/s, weeks or month are achieved at all times.
Leads in the submission of monthly sales performance and analysis reports.
Assist the AOM in development & implementation of actions plans for the achievement of targets.
Conduct market and competition studies and surveys.
OPERATIONS
Conducts daily cash audit of the total cash funds and records the same in the Daily Cash Count.
Ensures adequate supply of all operating supplies and makes the necessary orders of select supplies
Monitor’s staff attendance and ensure smooth and continuous operations of the branch
Prepares the petty cash replenishment reports in Procurify
Ensures that housekeeping standards, adherence to visual & product display guidelines, and security guidelines are complied with.
INVENTORY
Updates inventory master file on a weekly basis and ensures that inventory count is declared following set protocols
Safe keeps all delivery and transfer documents.
Other Tasks:
Conduct Employee Performance Reviews
Approves any service recovery discounts or discounts in general
Ensures that all treatments finish on time (not going beyond) and are monitored
Educate staff on how to deal with client complaints and how to up sell packages and services
Initiate, recommend & authorize text blasts to increase sales and foot traffic
Handles all staff problems and concerns, constantly ensuring that all staff mentally and physically fit for work
Conducts pre-operations checking on cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the branch
Ensures all Branch document is well filed and kept (Govt Permit, Memos, Service Reports etc).
Ensures that regulatory permits are complete and properly accounted for
Responsible in submitting required reports on or before set deadlines
Syarat-syarat
College Level
Must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in the wellness, grooming, hotel, restaurant, or other service-related industries.
Highly organize and must be able to motivate her team, assess situations quickly and solve problems.
Excellent written, verbal communication skills
Must be able to work both independently and as a team player
With sound judgment on handling basic to vital decision making, and can pay attention to internal and customers, and with excellent negotiation and speaking skills to resolve the issue
Able to lead and handle cross functional roles or collaborative roles
Must be willing to be assigned to BGC, Taguig City or Glorietta, Makati City
