Job Summary:

• We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Travel Account team.
• As a CSR, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, including booking flights, hotel reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and providing travel advice.
• You will handle calls, chats, or emails professionally while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with flight, hotel, car rental, and vacation package bookings
• Modify or cancel existing travel reservations per customer requests and airline/hotel policies
• Provide accurate and updated information regarding travel requirements (e.g., visas, COVID restrictions)
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally within set timelines
• Escalate complex concerns to higher-level support or supervisors when necessary
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and quality scores
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, tools, and partner policies

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of BPO experience, preferably supporting a Travel Account
• Familiarity with GDS tools (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is a strong advantage
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
