Penerangan
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and prompt responses.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with regular shifts; may require weekend work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
