  • As a Call Center Agent, you will assist customers by answering calls, responding to emails, and engaging in live chats.
  • Your responsibilities include addressing customer questions, troubleshooting issues, and delivering top-notch service with a professional and friendly approach.

Syarat-syarat

Requirements:

  • At least a High School Graduate/SHS Graduate
  • 6 months of call center experience (or related customer service role)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication skills (English & Filipino – verbal & written)
  • Willing to work onsite/hybrid (if applicable)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome if no prior experience! (Training provided)
