Position: Dealing Operations Agent (Open for Entry level)

• Answer and manage customer calls and inquiries professionally
• Provide real-time responses via email or other channels
• Accurately document all customer interactions
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction
