- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers via phone, resolve inquiries, and provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a positive attitude while assisting customers.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
- Participate in training programs for continuous improvement.
Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient English language skills, strong customer service abilities, effective problem-solving, team player mentality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
