Responsible for attending to all incoming calls consisting of booking or pick-up calls, inquiry calls, tracing, courier calls. complaints and release of Quality Service Reports. Conducts first level tracing for confirmation of shipment delivery details. Ensures that standard relay responses and dispatch time are met to maintain company's quality standard service.

• College graduate of any four-year course.
• Preferably with at least 1 year related work experience.
• Good in oral and written communication.
• Computer literate.
• With TOR/Diploma and or Certificate of Attendance/Certificate of Completion
• With proof copy of government numbers (SSS, TIN, Pag-Ibig and PhilHealth)
