- A customer service representative helps customers with their concerns and questions, processes orders, and resolves issues. They are often the first point of contact for customers.
- Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders and returns
- Escalate complaints to the appropriate teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop product knowledge
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures
- Upsell products and services
- Skills
- Active listening: Give your full attention to the customer, including their words, tone, and body language
- Empathy: Show understanding and concern for the customer's situation
- Problem solving: Help customers solve their issues
- Communication: Use clear and positive language
- Patience: Be patient with customers
- Adaptability: Adapt to new technologies and processes
- Time management: Meet performance targets
- Other duties
- Ensure orders and transactions are processed efficiently and timely
- Assist with troubleshooting issues
- Provide feedback to management on customer issues
- Contribute to team goals and initiatives
Syarat-syarat
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Telesales or Sales experience inside the BPO industry.
- We offer 25,000 to 45,000 salary
- Good communication skills
