General Description:
Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong focus on sales, support, and relationship management. Goal-oriented, and skilled in balancing service and sales, with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
· Generate sales leads.
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
interactive communication.
· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right method/ tools.
· Meet personal/ customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas.
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the
time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions.
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
· Take the extra mile to engage the customer.
Work Experience Requirement:
· Computer Literature and excellent MS Office esp. Excel
· Knowledgeable in System applicant
· Proven customer support experience as Customer Service Representative
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Х × Series 2015
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of character.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Perform quality review of other team members’ claims/ authorizations according to
established data entry guidelines.
· Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities
