- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in product returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Advanced level of English proficiency, excellent communication skills, and strong customer service aptitude.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office based.
