Penerangan
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer complaints.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: A formal degree is not required; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; native Japanese speaker; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with a focus on a structured shift schedule.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and detail-oriented with a passion for helping others.
