Proactively engage with customers to provide resolution to inquiries and issues.
Maintain a high level of service ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues with service or billing, maintain customer satisfaction, document customer interactions.
Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Contribute to team effort by meeting key performance indicators and targets.
Stay current with system information, changes, and updates relevant to our customer base.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of a High/Senior High School degree.
Experience Level: No previous experience required, entry-level position.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service orientation, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, proficiency in using computers and related software.
Working Conditions: Office environment, requires sitting for extended periods, may include shift work and weekend assignments.
Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, adaptive, with a positive attitude and an aptitude for active listening.
