Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping others? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Healthcare Radiology Scheduling to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for scheduling patient appointments for critical radiology procedures, including MRI, X-ray, Mammograms, CT scans, and Ultrasounds. Your excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be essential as you navigate patient interactions and scheduling software with precision.


  • Patient Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for various radiology services, including MRI, X-ray, Mammograms, CT scans, and Ultrasounds, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Exa RIS Management: Use Exa RIS (Konica) to manage patient records, appointment scheduling, and ensure seamless workflow.
  • Insurance & Eligibility Verification: Confirm insurance details, verify patient eligibility, and ensure pre-authorizations are obtained before scheduling procedures.
  • Clear Communication: Provide patients with clear instructions regarding preparation, arrival times, and required documents to ensure a smooth appointment experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Address patient inquiries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and make necessary adjustments or reschedules, always with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with radiology technologists and healthcare providers to ensure all patient needs are met and appointments are efficiently coordinated.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain patient confidentiality in strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
  • High-Volume Calls Management: Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Accurate Documentation: Record detailed notes on patient interactions, appointment specifics, and any special requests to maintain clear records.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to scheduling, data management, and other general duties to support the radiology department.

Syarat-syarat

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare scheduling or administrative role, ideally in a medical office or radiology setting.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Exa RIS (Konica) or other Radiology Information Systems (RIS) is highly preferred. Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical procedures in simple terms to patients.
  • Customer Service: A professional demeanor with the ability to handle patient concerns and inquiries with patience, empathy, and tact.
  • Confidentiality: A strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA and company standards.
  • Adaptability: Ability to remain flexible and calm under pressure, managing both routine tasks and unexpected challenges efficiently.
