- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent service.
- Document interactions and update customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with Salesforce, and financial literacy.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular interaction with customers via phone and email.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
