We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of solid experience in Voice International Account.

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat support.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.
• Accurately process orders, returns, and service requests.
• Meet or exceed performance targets including quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.

LOCATION: Market! Market! or Mckinley Hill, Taguig City

WORK SET-UP: ONSITE only

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School Graduate (old curriculum), SHS Graduate, College Level/Graduate (REQUIRED)
• 1-year solid CSR Experience in Pure Voice International Account (REQUIRED)
• Healthcare experience is a plus!
