Performs file administration (downloading & transmittals) for Production. Responsible for the department's logs for the various equipment that is used by other departments as well. The job also entails the ability to be able to address/solve basic client concerns/requests by phone and e-mail and doing Outbound calls for scheduling.

• Graduate of any course preferably with CSR experience

• Good Communication Skills

• Knowledgeable with MS Office applications and use of technical/communication equipment

• Willing to work onsite at Mckinley, Taguig (Nightshift)
