- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in customer service practices, call center operations, back office support, and technical troubleshooting.
- Working Conditions: May involve working shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a call center setting.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.
