The Opportunity

Join a fast-growing investment and insurance group through ASW, supporting an Australian company that backs high-performing, entrepreneurial businesses across the insurance and financial services space. As a D365 Finance & Operations Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring system efficiency and user satisfaction while contributing to the business’s broader digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), handling user inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot issues related to finance, supply chain, and operations modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
Develop and deliver training sessions and user guides to improve user proficiency.
Perform system monitoring and routine maintenance, including updates and patches.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Gather feedback from users to contribute to system improvements and best practices.
Assist in implementing new D365 F&O features, modules, and system integrations.
Support system configuration and data migration activities.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Good understanding of finance, supply chain, or operations processes is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certification is highly desirable.
Experience with Azure, Power Platform, or broader Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
