POSITION TITLE: Record to Report Ops Senior Analyst

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE:

Work closely with the business unit of the customer organization and provide them with financial accounting support, on period-end close of the General Ledger to be able to report financial results in a timely and accurate manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support financial control over the General Ledger mainly through the process of account reconciliations.

Responsible for financial accounting and reporting that has a material impact on key components of the client’s financial statements.

Responsible for the preparation, coordination and review of financial accounting analyses and journal entries to properly recognize actual results for material components of the client’s operations.

Analyze transactions, understand and explain variances, and proactively identifies potential problems and solutions.

Prepare and present financial information to clients.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting-related courses

At least 3-5 years of Finance/Accounting experience in Record to Report / General Accounting processes (i.e. transaction processing, closing cycle and financial reporting)

At least 1 year of supervisory experience
