Penerangan
- Develop and prepare shop drawings in accordance with project requirements.
- Draft method statements to outline construction procedures and best practices.
- Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Approval (RFA) to clarify and approve design aspects.
- Coordinate with the MEPFS team to address architectural-related queries and ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor architectural materials and submit reports to the Client’s Architect for approval.
- Prepare and consolidate architectural reports for submission to the Client’s Architect.
- Track and report on architectural balance of works on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct site coordination with supervisors to oversee architectural implementations.
- Liaise with Client’s Architects, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications.
- Engage in meetings with suppliers, reviewing material specifications and procurement requirements.
- Attend architectural-related meetings across different project stations to discuss progress and challenges.
- Develop as-built drawings to reflect any modifications and actual site conditions.
- Create purchase requests and quantify required materials to support on-site construction.
Syarat-syarat
- With Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- At least 1-3 years of work experience in relevant roles.
- In-depth understanding of architectural software such as AutoCAD, and Revit.
