职位描述

Develop a full-month content calendar tailored for TikTok, Shopee, Facebook and Instagram.
Schedule and coordinate product photoshoots and short-form video shoots for use in reels, product listings, and promotional posts
Ensure content aligns with campaign goals, seasonal promotions, and platform-specific trends
Produce engaging TikTok, Shopee, Facebook and Instagram reels showcasing products, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer testimonials
Design and publish product listings and promotional banners for TikTok, Shopee, Facebook and Instagram.
Create and schedule daily posts, stories, and ads for Facebook and Instagram using platform best practices
Design digital and print materials such as product catalogs, flyers, social media graphics, and event or booth signage using Adobe Photoshop or any equivalent design tool with which you are comfortable.
Ensure visual consistency across all platforms by strictly adhering to brand guidelines, including color palette, font style, imagery, and layout.
Develop original layouts and illustrations for marketing campaigns and seasonal launches.
Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to align content with sales targets, promotions, and product launches.
Contribute to the development of internal communications, newsletters, and presentation decks
Upload and manage all visual and written content across TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, and Instagram
Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategies based on performance insights
Ensure timely publication of all materials and maintain an organized content archive
Support team initiatives by completing assigned creative and administrative tasks
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving content reach and engagement.

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Digital Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
Skilled in additional photo or video editing and design tools beyond Adobe Suite
