Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and execute events from start to finish, including logistics, budgets, and vendor management.

Partnership Development: Identify, secure, and maintain strategic partnerships and sponsorships.

Marketing & Promotion: Develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive event attendance and partnership engagement.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and participants.

Evaluation & Reporting: Track event outcomes and partnership success, providing reports and recommendations for improvements.

Administrative Support: Manage event calendars, registration, and documentation.

Syarat-syarat

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Certification in Event Planning or related industry qualifications (optional but preferred).


Experience:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in event management, partnership coordination, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing corporate events and securing partnerships.
  • Experience working with sponsors, partners, and external stakeholders is highly desirable.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of event management software and social media platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and event management tools is a plus.
