Description
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Perform clerical duties, including filing and data entry.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and proficiency in help desk operations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage front desk operations, greet clients, handle inquiries, and maintain records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with frequent multitasking and interaction with clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and a customer-focused attitude
