The Role

We are seeking a Fullstack Salesforce Developer—a builder of back-end logic and front-end finesse. In this role, you’ll engineer dynamic solutions on the Salesforce platform, weaving together Apex, LWC, APIs, and front-end tech to enhance the user experience and drive business growth.

We work/You will work closely with our business partners, the household brands in technology, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft and Outsystems.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Architect scalable applications using Salesforce best practices and clean code principles.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal systems and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage third-party app integrations via AppExchange or custom development.
• Refactor and optimize existing codebases for performance and maintainability.
• Implement CI/CD practices with tools like Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
• Partner with Product Managers, Admins, and Stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Enforce data integrity, access controls, and Salesforce security best practices.
• Handle debugging, logging, and issue resolution with care and precision

About You

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (fullstack focus).
• Strong command of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce schema.
• Proficiency in front-end web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling, custom objects, and page layouts.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines).

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Developer II is a plus.
• Experience with Heroku, MuleSoft, or Node.js integrations.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) is a bonus.
