This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager, located in Pasay City, Philippines. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee and coordinate the housekeeping staff's day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all areas, managing schedules, ordering supplies, conducting inspections, training staff, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene.

• With 4-5 years of experience as Housekeeping Manager
• Experience with housekeeping management and supervision
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to train and mentor staff
• Proficiency in inventory management and ordering supplies
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and priorities
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in housekeeping management are a plus
