  • An HR recruitment staff's job is to find and hire the right people for a company, ensuring the organization has the talent it needs to succeed. 
  • This involves a range of activities, from creating job descriptions and sourcing candidates to interviewing and making job offers. 
  • They also play a role in onboarding new hires and maintaining candidate databases. 

职位要求

  • Educational: Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or any related field.
  • Experience: Preferable with recruitment experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
