HRBP Assistant ( Mandarin Speaker )
Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
Proactively involves and drive talent management program to retain talents while maximize the talent capabilities via effective program, coaching, training, etc.
Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes at the business partner’s side
Able to provide advice and strategy to business leaders on HR matters such as talent development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, disciplinary and grievances, etc.
Support HR work of relatively large-scale departments with complicated business or across regions.
Deeply understand business needs, participate in designing and lead the implementation of HR solutions.
Effectively operate HR processes and implement corporate HR policies.
Improve junior managers’ HR management capabilities through coaching.
Can speak in Mandarin

Possess min 3 years of HRBP or HR COE experience, such as recruitment, talent management, learning and development.
Possess Bachelor Degree or above in relevant disciplinary.
Strong business acumen and knowledge of HR legislation.
Able to work independently as well as team player
Strong in negotiation, conflict management, project management and change management skills
Excellent team player in cross-functional environment.
Highly self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
